Overview

Callens Audio Labs ("we", "us") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Swiss data protection law (revDSG) and the GDPR where applicable.

Data we collect

When you use our contact form or booking form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), and any message content. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry or arrange a demo session.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It provides aggregate statistics about page views and referrers only. No data is shared with third parties.

Third-party services

When you submit a form, we use Resend to deliver email notifications. Resend processes your email address and name solely for delivery purposes, subject to their own privacy policy.

Our contact page embeds a Google Maps widget. Google's privacy policy applies to this embedded content.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, then deleted. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
